Terms of Sale
Before purchasing any product(s) it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that item is correct and meets customer requirements. Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date as long as it is
(i) in its original packaging,
(ii) contains all parts included at the time of sale,
(iii) is unused with no cosmetic wear,
(iv) and with a intact sales receipt which clearly shows all details of the transaction.
Customers who decide to return unwanted goods must be clear that no cash refund will be issued, only a credit note or a swap of the item if (i), (ii), (iii), (iiii), (iiiii) conditions are met. We will not accept unwanted item if it is returned after 14 days of the sale date. All decisions regarding credit notes or the swapping of unwanted goods are at the manager’s discretion. Customers will be given ample time to think the transaction through fully before purchasing to avoid unwanted item(s) returns.
The Splash GSM team have many years experience in retail and customer service and know how inconvenient faulty goods can be, that is why we will aim to make any fault repairing as quick and smooth as possible to delay further inconvenience. If a product does happen to show a fault within 14 days of the sale date it will be repaired, or replaced, if we cannot do none of the above then a refund will be issued. If a fault occurs after 14 days but within the warranty period (12 months from the sale date) a speedy repair service will be offered providing an intact sales receipt is shown to staff and the product has not been tampered with. We reserve the right to inspect goods before making a decision which may take up to 24 hours. Warranty given to all products only covers the faculties of the product excluding batteries. Any product(s) that show signs of DIY, neglect, damage, misuse, accidental damage, and software due to corrupt applications are not covered by the warranty.
Splash GSM Weekly Instalments
Splash GSM weekly instalments are designed to help customers spread the cost over a six week period from the date of the deposit unless the manager agrees and specifies otherwise. By leaving a deposit you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the goods, if you then change your mind you have broken the contract and must forfeit your deposit or any monies payed. Please do not leave a deposit should you be unsure if you will be able to make the rest of the payments.
